Abstract

The innovative theme which reflects the scheme’s appreciation of the unique ability of the mangroves to strive towards sustainable environment creates the most challenging architectural style for this particular housing project. The expressive design features manages to blend with the existing natural environment and able to retain the rural setting atmosphere. The process of exploiting possible natural elements results in the optimum use of daylighting and natural ventilation which aims to fulfill the ultimate human comfort. The overall objective is to create a housing design that is able to breathe naturally with minimum dependency of artificial environment.
