Abstract

Esther’s overall design for the master plan recalls institutional design theme. She created many spaces, each with a different style through her design concept ‘experiencing connectivity’. The plan is organised as a series of spaces, joined by garden steps and pathways representing various features and design techniques. Among the features are promenade, plaza, watch tower, pedestrian bridge, outdoor café, parking area and existing oil palms. Esther’s work attempts to solve the lack of connection and character to unite the three existing elements at the site: Banquet Hall, Food 6 and Graduate School of Management.
