Abstract

UPM Students’ Complex is a new facility built in UPM and is located next to Faculty of the Modern Language and Communication. However, these two facilities are disconnected by the main road leading towards UPM’s Central Core. Therefore, the challenge is how to connect these two facilities. It is no doubt that the Faculty of Modern Language and Communication will be the prime support facility for the newly built students’ complex because it is the nearest facility. Kim Joe simultaneously solved the technical problem of the site and enhanced the aesthetic and visual problems at both sites.
